the currency exchange recommendations were extremely helpful and allowed for a seamless transition during my trip. the ironing facilities were top-notch and made getting ready for special events effortless. the heating in the room was perfect and I was always comfortable. the washing machine and cookware/kitchen utensils were so convenient and made me feel right at home. I was thoroughly impressed with the attention to detail and the excellent service provided by this hotel.
